Owner & Head Instructor of Alpha Martial Arts

Welcome to Alpha Martial Arts, where we are passionate about building champions beyond the belt! My name is Sunny Arora, and I’m honored to be your guide on this journey toward personal growth and martial arts mastery.

With over two decades of training and dedication, I hold a 5th Degree Black Belt and have devoted my life to sharing the transformative power of Taekwondo. My goal is to inspire every student to unlock their full potential—both on and off the mat—while cultivating the discipline, respect, and resilience that martial arts instills.

At Alpha Martial Arts, I am committed to fostering an environment that honors tradition while embracing innovation. Whether you're a beginner just starting your journey or a seasoned practitioner seeking growth, this school is a place for all to thrive.

Coach Meno

Meet Coach Meno, Certified Instructor & Coach at Alpha Martial Arts

We’re proud to introduce Coach Meno, a dedicated and inspiring leader at Alpha Martial Arts. As a 4th Degree Black Belt, Certified Level 3 Instructor, and Level 3 Judge, Coach Meno brings a wealth of expertise and passion for teaching and mentoring students of all ages.

Her journey in martial arts began in 2013, and her hard work and determination have earned her multiple State and District Championships in Forms, Sparring, Combat Sparring, and Weapons. Beyond the dojo, Coach Meno has an impressive background in education and music.

She holds a degree in Elementary and Special Education from Purdue University and homeschooled five of her seven children through 8th grade, guiding the last two through high school. For eight years, she taught 5th to 8th Grade Humanities at PRA Classical Academy for Homeschoolers in Colorado. Her love for teaching extends to the arts, having served as a private music instructor, church accompanist, and choir director for both children and adults.

Coach Meno's dedication to fostering growth, discipline, and a lifelong love of learning makes her a valued leader in our community. Her unique blend of martial arts expertise and educational experience empowers every student to achieve their best, both on and off the mat.
